Pricing & Value
Does using SupaSkills consume more tokens?
Yes — a loaded skill adds context to your conversation, which uses additional tokens per message. However, expert skills typically get you to a better result in fewer back-and-forth rounds. Most users report spending less total on tokens because they stop iterating. Think of it as: slightly higher cost per message, significantly fewer messages needed.
Why pay when I can write prompts myself?
You can, and many people do. The difference is depth: each SupaSkill is built from academic papers, industry frameworks, and domain standards, then scored across 6 quality dimensions. Writing a prompt that covers edge cases, includes guardrails, cites current frameworks, and handles ambiguity well takes hours of research per domain. SupaSkills does that work once and delivers it in one API call.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 active skill slots — no credit card required. Activate any skill from the catalog and use it for 7 days. Upgrade when you need more slots.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Slot count. Pro gives you 15 active skills, Max gives you 100. Both have full API and MCP access. Choose based on how many domains you work across simultaneously. Most individual developers start with Pro, teams go Max.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately at period end. Annual plans can be cancelled with pro-rated refund for remaining months. Cancel via your dashboard or email billing@supaskills.ai.
How It Works
What happens when my 7-day slot expires?
The slot is automatically released and becomes available for a new skill. Your previous skill isn't deleted — you can re-load it anytime and it won't consume a new slot within the same 7-day window.
Do skills get updated?
Yes. When you activate a skill, you get the current version pinned to your slot. If we release an update during your 7-day window, you'll get the new version on your next re-load. No action needed.
Can I use skills outside of Claude?
Skills are system prompts optimised for Claude (by Anthropic). They may work with other LLMs, but we only test and score against Claude models. The frameworks and methodologies inside each skill are model-agnostic — the delivery format is Claude-optimised.
What's the difference between MCP and API?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets Claude Code and Claude Desktop load skills automatically during conversations. The REST API is for custom integrations — build skills into your own apps, scripts, or workflows. Both deliver the same skills. MCP is the fastest way to get started: one terminal command, done.
What are PowerPacks?
Curated bundles of complementary skills for complex workflows. Instead of searching and loading 5 skills individually, a PowerPack loads them together. Example: the "SaaS Launch" PowerPack includes GTM strategy, pricing, landing page copy, API design, and metrics — ready as a set.
Quality & Trust
How is SupaScore calculated?
Six dimensions: Research Quality, Prompt Engineering, Practical Utility, Completeness, User Satisfaction, and Decision Usefulness. Every skill must score 80+ to publish. Details on our Methodology page.
What sources are the skills based on?
Academic papers, industry standards (OWASP, NIST, ISO), official documentation, regulatory frameworks, and domain expert methodologies. Each skill averages 7.5 source references. Sources are visible after activation.
Are skills reviewed by humans?
Every skill passes an automated 6-dimension quality gate, IP audit, and source verification. Skills that don't meet the 80-point threshold are rejected.
How current are the skills?
Skills include domain context for 2025-2026 and are versioned. When frameworks, regulations, or best practices change, skills are updated and you get the new version on re-load.
Privacy & Security
What data do you collect when I use a skill?
We record which skills you activate and when — that's it. We never see your conversations, your code, your documents, or anything you do with a loaded skill. The skill prompt is delivered to your Claude instance and stays there.
Where is my data stored?
EU-based infrastructure. Database on Supabase (EU region), hosting on Vercel (EU edge). Payment via Stripe (EU entity). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Contact privacy@supaskills.ai for a full data export. We respond within 30 days per GDPR. After account cancellation, you have 30 days to request an export before data is deleted.
License & Usage
Can I modify a skill for my own use?
Yes. Modify, extend, combine — whatever helps your workflow. The license covers personal and professional use. What's not permitted: redistributing, reselling, or embedding skills in products you sell to others. For commercial redistribution, contact sales@supaskills.ai.
Can I share a skill with my team?
Each team member needs their own SupaSkills account. Skills are licensed per user, not per team. For team deployments, the Max plan at €39/month covers 100 active slots — enough for most teams.
What happens if SupaSkills shuts down?
Active subscribers would be notified 30 days in advance. Already-paid periods are refunded pro-rata. Skills you've already loaded and used in your projects remain yours — we don't claim rights to your outputs.
